Welcome to Halo Network. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Halo Network mobile application and official platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Halo Network, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1.1 Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Halo Network
• If you are under 18, you must have parental or legal guardian consent
• You must provide accurate, lawful, and truthful authentication details
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

2. Description of Service

Halo Network is a decentralized mobile cloud mining community platform enabling users to:

• Mine HT Tokens: Earn virtual tokens through 24-hour cloud mining sessions without hardware battery drain
• Play Mini-Games: Participate in interactive skill games including Coin Tap Frenzy, Lucky Wheel, Fly Bird, and Snake
• Referral Network: Invite peers using unique referral codes and receive 20 HT bonus tokens upon verification
• Global Leaderboards: Compare rankings, achievements, and milestone badges with community members

3. User Accounts & Integrity

3.1 Account Creation

• Authentication is secured through Google Sign-In and Firebase OAuth
• Each user is strictly limited to one active device account
• You are responsible for all activities and token claims under your account

3.2 Prohibited Activities

To ensure fairness and network integrity, you agree NOT to:

• Emulate or Bot: Use automated scripts, Android emulators, macros, or bot farms to simulate mining
• Sybil Farming: Create duplicate or multiple puppet accounts to harvest referral bonuses
• Exploit: Reverse engineer, disassemble, tamper with APIs, or inject arbitrary data
• Malicious Conduct: Harass community members, advertise spam, or disrupt server infrastructure

4. Token Economics & Halving

• Mining base rates automatically reduce according to the predetermined halving schedule at 10k, 50k, 100k, and 500k active miners
• Daily mining sessions operate on a 24-hour timer and require user check-in to confirm network activity
• Halo Network reserves the right to modify in-game multiplier configurations to safeguard long-term tokenomics

5. Intellectual Property

All logos, visual designs, software code, UI interfaces, and brand assets of Halo Network are the exclusive property of Halo Network. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access the application for personal use.

6. Advertising & Free Access

To support free cloud server computation and token distribution, the app displays non-intrusive advertisements served through Google AdMob. Users agree not to block or generate fraudulent ad impressions.

7. Limitation of Liability

Halo Network is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Halo Network and its contributors shall not be liable for indirect damages, device downtime, or third-party service interruptions.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms to reflect technical upgrades, security improvements, or regulatory updates. Continued use of Halo Network after revisions constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
